To provide better customer service, customers will be invited to join our Preventive Maintenance Scheme after the warranty period / Defect Liability Period for both products and system. By joining this scheme they can enjoy complete support by our dedicated professional team at a reasonable cost.
For products and systems which are not under warranty or fall outside the warranty period, we offer a “On Call Service” which is at a time and materials basis.
